  16. Maybe some power user out there can help me with this one. I'm using 
  17. Win95's dial up networking to connect to my ISP. Out of curiousity one 
  18. day, I ran Nortons Sysinfo while connected. Under the memory tab, 
  19. Tapi.exe was listed as a 16 bit application. Is there a problem here, or 
  20. is this to maintain some sort of backward compatability? All of my apps 
  21. are 32 bit, so I'm wondering if there is a way to force Win95 (if 
  22. possible) to load only the 32 bit version of Tapi.
